the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Boston (JGSGB) will present a three-part interactive ancestral research program. You will learn how to begin your search using essential resources you may not be familiar with and explore the changing borders of Europe and their impact in determining the location of ‘Russian’ ancestors and where family records may be. located.
JGSGB will also guide us on how to obtain information about relatives who participated in the Holocaust. You will also have time to ask lots of questions and tailor the sessions to your research.
Attendance at all three sessions is strongly encouraged as they will feed into each other and the material will overlap. The online sessions will each be led by experts in the field. This program is offered to us free of charge, thanks to the generosity of JGSGB.
